Call Center Agent – UAE National

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Agent – UAE National to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide assistance with orders and deliveries, address complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience in line with the company's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
• Provide accurate information about 2XL Home's products, promotions, services, and store-related inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on delivery schedules, order status, product availability, and customer requests.
• Record customer interactions, complaints, and feedback accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with showroom teams, warehouse, logistics, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the supervisor or relevant department.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be a UAE National with a family book.
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to AED7,500.00 per month
