Job Summary
Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for motivated candidates who are interested in starting their career in Sales and UAE Business Setup.
This internship is suitable for freshers who have strong communication skills, are willing to learn, and are interested in developing a long-term career in sales, client handling, and business consultancy.
Full training will be provided on UAE company formation, business setup services, client communication, lead follow-up, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist the Sales team with new enquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Learn to understand client requirements and introduce suitable business setup services.
- Support preparation and follow-up of quotations.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with senior Sales and Operations team members.
- Learn UAE Mainland and Free Zone business setup services.
- Work towards assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation activities.
- Develop client communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be interested in building a career in Sales / Business Development / Business Setup.
- Must be able to communicate confidently in Kannada or Telugu.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must currently hold a valid UAE family/spouse residence visa with appropriate work eligibility.
- Must be currently based in Sharjah or able to commute daily to the Sharjah office.
- Must be available to complete the full 3-month internship period.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with prospective clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
