Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow management, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Establish robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance practices.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and senior management on investment, profitability, and business expansion.
• Manage banking relationships, external audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor financial performance, identify operational efficiencies, and optimize working capital.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure, and financial risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Support business transformation, financial systems improvement, and strategic decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Group Finance Director, or equivalent senior financial leader.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, taxation, corporate governance, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial operations and advising executive leadership.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in diversified business groups, industrial operations, logistics, infrastructure, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Maritime industry experience is not mandatory.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
