We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Service Crew to join popular bubble tea brand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality beverages and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea, milk tea, and other specialty beverages according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle POS and cashier transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workstation and shop.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bubble tea shop, café, coffee shop, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and food safety practices is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
