Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance across various building systems and trades.
Only candidates available to join immediately will be considered. Candidates on visit visas or with cancelled employment visas are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and corrective building maintenance within authorised scope.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical and plumbing faults.
- Perform basic AC servicing, carpentry, masonry, tiling and painting.
- Assist specialist technicians and report issues requiring specialist attention.
- Maintain accurate work records and ensure tools and work areas are safe and organised.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Practical experience across multiple maintenance trades.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to urgent maintenance requests.
- Relevant technical or trade certificate preferred.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
