Job Title: AC Technician
We are seeking an experienced AC Technician to carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across company-managed properties.
Only candidates available to join immediately will be considered. Candidates on visit visas or with cancelled employment visas are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain split AC, packaged AC, VRF/VRV and fresh-air handling systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, refrigerant and control-related faults.
- Clean filters and coils, inspect components and carry out necessary repairs.
- Attend routine maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate service reports and follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience.
- Practical knowledge of AC systems, troubleshooting and repairs.
- ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or a related trade preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience in facilities management or building maintenance preferred.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.

Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
