Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and drive sales for interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fit-out sales, client relationship management, and project-based business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through networking, client visits, and market research.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to meet client requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow up on project enquiries.
• Monitor competitor activities and upcoming fit-out projects.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development within the interior fit-out or turnkey contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, project specifications, and commercial proposals.
• Established network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
