Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and catering facilities, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and other designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and washing areas as required.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure waste bins are kept clean.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stored properly and report any shortages.
- Assist the kitchen team with general cleaning duties as required.
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
