JOB DESCRIPTION
- Listen to workers’ complaints and labour-related issues.
- Resolve issues related to salary, accommodation, transportation, duty, and site concerns.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, camp bosses, and the HR/Operations team.
- Follow up with clients and site management regarding workers’ concerns.
- Maintain records of complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle worker calls and WhatsApp queries professionally.
- Ensure good communication between workers, management, and clients.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
