About Us
ABAM Global is a fast-growing UAE e-commerce group running multiple online brands across sports & fitness, coffee equipment and fragrances, including our own fitness gear brand imported directly from manufacturers. We’re a lean team of 10, so you’ll own the numbers end to end and work directly with the founder.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory: invoices, bills, expenses and journal entries
- Create and control purchase orders, checking supplier pricing and margins before approval
- Reconcile payments from Shopify, payment gateways (Paymob, Tabby, Tamara) and Amazon settlements against orders
- Bank reconciliations and supplier payables for our dropship and import suppliers
- Track import costs (freight, customs, duties) and calculate landed costs for our own-brand stock
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and support UAE Corporate Tax compliance
- Produce monthly P&L, brand-level profitability and cash flow reports for management
- Support month-end and year-end closing and coordinate with external auditors
- Keep inventory valuation and stock records accurate alongside operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail or trading in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (strong plus) or similar accounting software
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivots)
- Detail-obsessed, organised and comfortable working independently in a small team
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or BNPL settlements
- Experience with import shipments, customs and landed cost
- Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border (KSA) sales
- Arabic language
