Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and responsible professional to manage the planning, coordination, and dispatch of finished furniture products. The role involves coordinating furniture deliveries and installations, managing daily schedules, and ensuring orders reach customers safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly delivery and installation schedules based on order readiness, customer commitments, and team availability.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to confirm that furniture is completed, inspected, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Verify order details, quantities, dimensions, finishes, accessories, and installation requirements before loading.
• Allocate drivers, delivery vehicles, installers, and helpers according to workload and job requirements.
• Plan delivery routes to improve vehicle utilization and reduce delays.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery timings, addresses, access arrangements, and site readiness.
• Confirm building permissions, service lift availability, parking access, and delivery restrictions where applicable.
• Ensure installation teams receive job details, drawings where required, tools, fittings, and necessary materials.
• Supervise loading arrangements to ensure furniture is handled carefully and protected during transportation.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, packing lists, dispatch records, and customer acknowledgements.
• Monitor deliveries and installations throughout the day and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Coordinate solutions for missing items, transit damage, incomplete installations, and customer concerns.
• Arrange pending work, replacement deliveries, and return collections with the relevant departments.
• Obtain customer sign-off and completion updates after delivery and installation.
• Report delivery status, installation progress, delays, and pending jobs to management.
• Ensure teams follow company procedures for safe handling, site conduct, and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in furniture dispatch, delivery coordination, installation planning, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of furniture handling, transportation, assembly, and installation processes.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage several deliveries simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills when dealing with customers, drivers, installers, and internal departments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and order tracking or ERP systems.
• Attention to detail when checking orders and dispatch documents.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational changes.
• A responsible approach to product care, customer satisfaction, and timely job completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a furniture manufacturing, retail, joinery, or interior fit-out company.
• Familiarity with local delivery routes and building access procedures.
• Experience supervising drivers, installers, and delivery helpers.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Furniture Factory: 3 years (Required)
