Online E-commerce Manager

Mood Espresso, a coffee, coffee products and coffee machines business, is seeking a results-driven Online E-commerce Manager to grow sales and profitability through hands-on management of Amazon UAE and Noon. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Amazon UAE and Noon marketplace operations, from catalogue setup to order fulfilment and account health.
- Create and optimise product listings, titles, keywords and SEO; maintain accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and catalogue content.
- Manage pricing, promotions and marketplace campaigns to improve conversion, sales and margins.
- Plan, execute and optimise sponsored advertising; track ROAS, ACOS and TACOS and use performance data to improve advertising efficiency.
- Manage FBA, FBN and merchant-fulfilled inventory, stock forecasting and replenishment. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and late deliveries.
- Oversee orders, returns, customer issues and marketplace account health, following platform policies and service standards.
- Reconcile marketplace fees, deductions and settlements with finance and resolve discrepancies.
- Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports covering sales, profitability, advertising, conversion, inventory and operational performance, with clear actions for improvement.
- Support website and Shopify activity where relevant, while keeping Amazon and Noon as the core focus.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated hands-on experience directly managing both Amazon and Noon seller accounts.
- Proven results in marketplace sales growth, advertising optimisation and stock management.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn commercial and operational data into practical decisions.
- Sound understanding of marketplace policies, fulfilment processes and account-health requirements, with disciplined day-to-day execution.
- Clear communication and effective coordination with finance, production, warehouse and other teams.
- UAE marketplace experience is preferred. Coffee or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Shopify or e-commerce website experience is desirable.
Salary
AED 8,000 to AED 12,000 per month, based on relevant experience.
