Job Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced BIM / Revit Architect with strong technical coordination skills for a luxury villa project in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience developing and coordinating architectural BIM models with structural and MEP disciplines, identifying clashes, and supporting the preparation of accurate, construction-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update detailed architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP models.
- Identify and resolve design coordination issues, clashes, and technical discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of Architectural IFC documentation.
- Ensure consistency between BIM models and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with the Senior Technical Architect, draftsmen, and engineering teams.
- Prepare architectural details, sections, elevations, and schedules using Revit.
- Review model accuracy and ensure compliance with approved project designs.
- Assist in resolving technical issues before construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BIM / Revit Architect on luxury residential or villa projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong experience coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP models.
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Good understanding of architectural construction detailing and IFC documentation.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical coordination issues independently.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Previous experience with luxury villa projects in Dubai is highly preferred.
Important: This is a technical BIM coordination and construction documentation position, not a 3D visualization or concept design role.
