Job Description
We are urgently hiring 2 Senior Architectural Draftsmen with strong experience preparing detailed architectural construction drawings for luxury villa projects in Dubai.
The successful candidates will work under the supervision of a Senior Technical Architect to develop accurate, coordinated, construction-ready Architectural IFC drawings based on existing approved designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed architectural construction drawings for luxury residential villas.
- Prepare façade, staircase, roof, waterproofing, door, window, and finishing details.
- Prepare architectural schedules, technical details, and specifications as required.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP documentation.
- Revise drawings based on technical comments and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, properly organized, and suitable for construction.
- Work closely with the Senior Technical Architect to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant architectural drafting experience.
- Proven experience producing detailed Architectural IFC drawings for luxury villas in Dubai.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Familiarity with Dubai construction standards and authority requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience working with architectural consultants or construction companies in Dubai is preferred.
Important: Applicants must have actual experience in detailed architectural construction drawings. Interior designers, concept designers, and 3D visualizers are not suitable for this role.
