BIM Modeler – Fit-Out & Joinery

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for interior fit-out and joinery works using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, sections, elevations, and joinery details.
• Model custom joinery elements, including wardrobes, cabinets, kitchen units, wall panels, doors, counters, reception desks, and other bespoke furniture.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Interpret architectural drawings, interior design layouts, specifications, and material schedules.
• Prepare accurate joinery detailing, setting-out drawings, and fabrication drawings as required.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, design intent, and site requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams, project managers, site engineers, and joinery production teams.
• Revise models and drawings based on client comments, site measurements, and design changes.
• Maintain BIM standards, drawing quality, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Practical experience in joinery detailing, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, fabrication methods, and installation details.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time management skills.
• Experience working with UAE fit-out contractors, joinery manufacturers, or interior design consultancies is preferred.

Pay: AED3,700.00 - AED8,600.00 per month
