Brand Executive
BABYGROW FZCBrand Executive – Toys Division
We are looking for proactive Brand Executive to support the commercial operations of our Toys Division and assist management with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Handle Amazon Direct Fulfilment operations and manage seller accounts across e-commerce platforms, including updating trackers and following up on pending activities.
- Maintain the Range Master with accurate SKU details, barcodes, pricing and product information.
- Prepare photo quotations with product images, descriptions and prices, along with retailer presentations for brands and product ranges.
- Ensure all commercial documents and product information are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance, marketing and other departments to follow up on orders, documents, tasks and operational requirements.
- Assist management with daily business activities, task coordination and follow-ups, keeping them informed of progress.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, meeting notes and other business documents.
- Track deadlines, pending actions and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external business partners on behalf of management.
- Handle other commercial, administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, business administration or executive assistance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, including preparing POs, quotations, reports, trackers and presentations.
- Good data management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across departments, follow up independently, manage multiple priorities and support management in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented and professional, with appropriate corporate dress, behaviour and workplace etiquette.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace accounts is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, toys or distribution is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
