DTC Coordinator - Logistics
BABYGROW FZCWe are looking for DTC Coordinator to take ownership of daily Shopify and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) order operations from order receipt through processing, warehouse coordination, dispatch, delivery tracking, returns, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process daily Shopify/DTC orders.
- Review orders for payment, address, SKU, quantity, and stock availability.
- Coordinate order processing with the warehouse and inventory teams.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, invoiced, and dispatched within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with courier and last-mile delivery partners.
- Generate shipping labels, AWBs, invoices, and required delivery documents.
- Track deliveries and follow up on delayed, failed, or returned shipments.
- Handle customer returns, replacements, cancellations, and delivery exceptions with the concerned teams.
- Monitor COD/prepaid orders where applicable and coordinate payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate stock availability between Shopify, ERP, and WMS.
- Identify overselling, stock mismatch, or order synchronization issues.
- Maintain daily reports for orders received, dispatched, delivered, pending, returned, and cancelled.
- Support peak-season and promotional order volumes.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of Shopify, DTC, e-commerce, or order-fulfilment experience.
- Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred.
- Understanding of courier/last-mile operations.
- Good Excel skills.
- ERP/WMS experience is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Able to handle high daily order volumes and strict dispatch cut-offs.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
