Supply chain compliance coordinator

Responsibilities：

• Coordinate product registration across UAE and GCC markets, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and other assigned markets.
• Collect, review, and organize regulatory documents from brands and manufacturers.
• Follow up with brand managers to ensure timely submission of required registration documents.
• Maintain product registration trackers and monitor registration status, pending documents, and approval progress.
• Review product ingredients, artwork, labels, and other regulatory requirements for market entry.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory documents, including FSC/CFS, GMP, LOA, COA, MSDS, TDS, and product specifications, as applicable.
• Support new market expansion projects by preparing country-specific registration document checklists.
• Maintain an organized database of SKU information, registration certificates, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities regarding product registration and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports on registration progress and outstanding actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experienced in Logistics management
• Computer literate
• Experience in strategic sourcing
• Knowledge of local and International Suppliers
• Excellent reporting and Logistics/Transportation Management skills
• Capability to build and develop effective Supplier relationships
• Knowledge of ERP management system
