Creative Project Coordinator ( Design & Workflow Coordinator)

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive and creatively minded Creative Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our agency.

From coordinating designers and suppliers to managing project timelines, quotations and deliveries, you'll help keep our creative projects moving smoothly from brief to completion.

We're also looking for someone with a flair for marketing, social media and content creation — someone who can bring fresh ideas and help grow our agency's presence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate creative projects across designers, clients and suppliers.
• Prepare project briefs, request quotations and source suppliers.
• Manage timelines, revisions, approvals and final deliveries.
• Follow up on production, printing and project requirements.
• Organize project files, schedules and administrative tasks.
• Support the team with proposals, presentations and project documentation.

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Help manage Instagram and digital presence.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, project updates and studio moments.
• Assist with social media posts, Stories, Reels and content planning.
• Bring fresh ideas to promote our work, projects and agency.
• Support marketing initiatives and business development activities.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, administration or a creative environment.
• Comfortable dealing with suppliers, clients and external partners.
• Familiarity with design, print, production or branding is a plus.
• Basic Canva, content creation or design skills are a strong advantage.
• Based in the UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
