Accountant – UAE Experience & Odoo

WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT Company: TrustLine Compliance Services LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Job Requirements & Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (Mandatory). - Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements. - Ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to finalization of accounts. - Proven ability to prepare and finalize complete financial statements from start to finish, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and year-end adjustments. - Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting Software is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including tax return preparation and filing. - Experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. - Ability to manage accounting records for multiple companies and clients. - Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. - Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently. - Previous experience in a UAE accounting or tax consultancy firm is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Independently manage the complete accounting cycle. - Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Prepare Balance Sheets and financial reports from scratch. - Handle VAT and Corporate Tax compliance requirements. - Maintain accurate accounting records using Odoo. - Perform bank reconciliations and review financial transactions. - Manage accounting activities for multiple clients. - Ensure compliance with applicable UAE accounting and tax regulations. - Communicate professionally with clients and management. - Ensure timely completion of financial reports and statutory deadlines.
