Senior Finance – Food & Beverage / FMCG | Dubai, UAE

Mihan Ario General Trading LLC is hiring an experienced Senior Finance to lead our finance function. This role is only suitable for candidates with a strong, proven background in the Food & Beverage and/or FMCG industry, gained specifically within the UAE market.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager who can take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and control for a fast-paced Food & Beverage / FMCG business. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control across operations
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll (WPS compliance)
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and coordinate with external auditors
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and government authorities
Supervise and mentor the finance team

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of finance/accounting experience — no exceptions
Mandatory: experience specifically within the Food & Beverage and/or FMCG industry
Mandatory: this experience must have been gained within the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA / ACCA / CMA is a strong plus)
Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and WPS requirements
Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar)
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
