Project Manager
Hydrotech Line Contracting and Water DistributionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and water distribution projects in Fujairah, with a strong background in ETIHAD WE projects and UAE authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee infrastructure and water pipeline projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with ETIHAD WE, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall resource allocation.
- Oversee site activities, including water pipeline installation, civil works, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project risks, resolve technical and site issues, and ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
- Prepare progress reports, project schedules, and other required documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones within the approved budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in infrastructure and civil construction projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing ETIHAD WE water infrastructure projects or similar UAE water utility authority projects.
- Strong experience in water distribution networks, potable water pipelines, and associated civil infrastructure works.
- Thorough knowledge of ETIHAD WE requirements, UAE authority standards, permits, inspections, testing, and commissioning procedures.
- Proven experience in project planning, cost control, contract administration, resource management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate: A proven Project Manager with extensive UAE infrastructure experience, particularly in ETIHAD WE projects, who can independently manage project execution and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities.
