Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Arrange and store materials properly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
• Issue materials against approved requests and maintain accurate stock records.
• Update inventory transactions in the ERP system and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with periodic physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and Warehouse teams regarding stock movements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
• Prepare daily stock reports and maintain accurate records of receipts and issues.
• Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in building materials trading.
• Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse-related duties when required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of building materials such as steel, cement, plywood, hardware, plumbing, and electrical materials.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
• Ability to identify stock discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
