Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced International Import & Export Specialist to manage end-to-endinternational shipping and trade operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experiencehandling the complete import and export process, from shipment planning and documentation tocustoms clearance, freight coordination, delivery, and final shipment closure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete import and export process for international shipments, from initiation tofinal delivery.
• Coordinate international shipments by air, sea, and road, depending on shipment requirements.
• Prepare, review, and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading,airway bills, and other shipping documents.
• Handle import and export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable customsregulations and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, overseas customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, andcustoms clearance agents.
• Manage customs clearance procedures, shipment tracking, delivery schedules, anddocumentation follow-ups.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations, negotiate shipping rates, and monitor logistics costs.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs issues, documentation discrepancies,and other operational challenges.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely shipment dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, import/export registers, and logistics reports.
• Monitor shipment costs, transit times, and service performance to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of regulated or sensitive products, where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the healthcare, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or medical suppliesindustry.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in international import and export operations.
• Proven hands-on experience managing the import and export process step by step, from shipment booking and documentation through customs clearance and final delivery.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, andfreight forwarding operations.
• Practical experience coordinating international air and sea freight shipments. Ability to independently manage shipment documentation, customs clearance follow-ups, freightquotations, and delivery coordination.
• Experience working directly with international suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, andcustoms brokers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, shipment tracking, and logistics reporting. Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
