Are you experienced in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry? We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, shipment updates, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with operations, freight forwarding, and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and customer reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in customer service within logistics or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, shipment tracking, and logistics operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain good customer relationships.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
